Authentically Italian, handcrafted
pizza with fresh and organic ingredients. 

We start with 100% Italian organic wholewheat flour. Then we add in natural yeast ‘lievito madre’, water, natural salt and cold pressed organic virgin olive oil. We let the sourdough rise slowly in a controlled environment and temperature. Our pizzaiolo skillfully stretches the sourdough resulting in a soft end crust.

We top it all off with only fresh, natural and organic ingredients. The grand finale? A delicious low-gluten and easily digestible artisan pizza.

 
 

Natural ingredientes menu

We only partner with farmers in Italy and Portugal that share our sustainable values - Azeite Dulfar Bio, Salumificio Pedrazzoli, Quinta da Caldeirinha e Montalto, Limontejo, Farinha Quaglia Organic, Tomate Bio La Fiammante, Mozzarella Tonon e Ponte Reale Bio. Over 95% of our products are fresh, natural and organic: we avoid to maximum the use of pesticides, herbicides, genetically modified foods, hormones or antibiotics, appreciating and respect a toxic-free environment!

Reservations

The door is always open with pizza hot from the oven. We book tables until 7pm and afterwords by order of arrival.

 

Home delivery

Sometimes, pizza tastes better in the comfort of your home. Luckily, we’ve partnered with both UberEats and takeaway.com.
