We believe in respecting Mother Nature and doing things the authentic and sustainable way so you can enjoy a truly hearty experience.

Our back-to-basics approach

We start with 100% Italian organic wholewheat flour. Add in natural yeast ‘lievito madre’, water, natural salt and cold pressed organic virgin olive oil.We let the sourdough rise slowly in a controlled environment and temperature. Our pizzaiolo skillfully hand stretches the sourdough resulting in a soft end crust.We top it with only fresh, natural and organic ingredients. The result? A delicious artisan pizza low in gluten and easily digestible.

We partner only with farmers in Italy and Portugal that share the same sustainable values as us. Over 95% of our products are fresh, natural and organic: no pesticides, herbicides, genetically modified foods, hormones or antibiotics involved!
